Mental Health Questionnaire Study

Participants 18 Years and Older Sought for Short Survey on Attitudes Toward Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder -

You are being asked to participate in an investigation that is being conducted to study attitudes towards mental health problems.

In this research, you will be asked to read a short scenario and answer a series of questions about the person in the scenario. You will also be asked to provide some background information about yourself. Please be assured that no identifying information such as your name will be kept along with your responses, so your anonymity and confidentiality is assured.

It will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes of time to read and respond to the questionnaire. There are no perceived risks to participation. You may discontinue your participation at any time if you decide that you no longer want to participate. Following the completion of the research, all participants will have the opportunity to learn about the results and the relevant psychological issues. The results of the study will be posted on this website:

Please understand that your participation is completely voluntary and that you are free to withdraw from the study at any time without penalty.
